Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the transport services provided by Altoura Chauffeur & Limousine Service (SSM: 003772097-V) (“Altoura”, “we”, “us”). By making an enquiry or booking with us, you agree to these terms.

1. Bookings & Quotations

All bookings are subject to vehicle and driver availability. Price quotations are based on the trip details you provide. A booking is confirmed only once we have acknowledged it and any required payment or deposit has been received.

2. Pricing & Payment

All charges are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). We practise transparent pricing with no hidden fees. We accept Visa and Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Google Pay (securely processed by Stripe), as well as FPX online banking and Touch ‘n Go eWallet. Additional charges may apply for extended waiting time, additional stops, tolls, or parking.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to amend or cancel a booking.

4. Passenger Responsibilities & Conduct

Passengers are expected to treat our drivers and vehicles with respect. Seat belts must be worn at all times, and smoking is not permitted in our vehicles. Any damage to a vehicle caused by a passenger may result in additional charges.

5. Luggage

Please inform us of the number and size of your bags at the time of booking so we can assign a suitable vehicle and ensure all luggage is carried safely. We may be unable to accommodate luggage that exceeds the capacity advised at booking.

6. Punctuality, Delays & Liability

While we make every effort to arrive on time, we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. For airport transfers, we monitor flight schedules to coordinate timely pick-ups. Our liability in connection with any booking is limited to the value of that booking.

7. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for any failure or delay in providing our services due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, accidents, road closures, or government restrictions.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
